Tungnath Temple (Tungnath) is one of the highest Shiva temples in the world and is the highest of the five Panch Kedar temples located in the Rudraprayag district, in the Indian state of Uttarakhand. The Rungnath ( which means Lord of the peaks) mountains from the Mandakini and Alaknanda river valley. It is located at an altitude of3,680 m (12,073 ft), and just below the peak of Chandrashila.

Chopta is a small region of meadows and evergreen forest area, a part of Kedarnath wildlife sanctuary located in Uttarakhand state, India and a base for trekking to Tungnath, the third temple of Panch Kedar which lies 3.5 kilometres (2.2 mi) away. Located at a distance of 1.5 kilometres (0.93 mi) from Tungnath is Chandrashila, a summit rising to over 4,000 metres (13,000 ft).

Itinerary

                                            
                                                         Meet your Trip captain at pick up point in the evening.
Overnight journey from Delhi to Chopta.

                                            
                                                         Reach Devpryag in the morning and Visit beautiful view of Sangam of Bhagirathi and Alaknanda.
You may go for a Forest (Jungle) Trek with our captain and head back to camp site.
After Bonfire, have your dinner.

                                            
                                                         After Breakfast, head to Tungnath trek (World's Highest Shiva Temple). Its fairly and easy & short trek but very beautiful.
Trek further to Chandrashila Altitude:(2679 m) 
Reach back to Chopta Campsite & Get ready for a Bonfire Session in the evening & Dinner after.
